This
was a unique and memorable 9
in a row reunion for the launch
of Terry Butcher’s sensational
autobiography.
The
occasion was marked with a star-studded
dinner hosted by Dougie Donnelly
with players from Terry’s
career past and present in attendance.
Ex-Rangers
captain Butcher, capped 77 times
for his country was the foundation
of the Souness Revolution at
Ibrox. The 9 in a row legend
made 176 appearances for Rangers,
captaining the side to League
and League Cup victories.
Terry
is now manager at Motherwell
Football Club and continues
to enhance the Scottish game.
Guests
enjoyed a 3-course meal, celebrity
guest interviews, a 9 in a row
quiz and a fans forum with Terry
and other 9 in a row legends.
All guests also received a free
signed copy of Terry’s
autobiography.
A
charity auction raised a significant
contribution for the Davie Cooper
Centre and the Daily Record
Sporting Heroes of the Future
Campaign.
